Editorial Policy
NRIGradHomes publishes independent planning guides for Indian students. We are a referral service, not a property owner, letting agent, university, or accommodation provider.
How we research
Institution status, campus details, accommodation processes, and safety guidance should come from universities, government bodies, transport authorities, or the named service provider. Important sources and the review date appear on sourced guides.
Prices, availability, and travel times
Inventory changes quickly. We publish an exact price or commute only when it has a source and review date. Otherwise, we ask an accommodation partner to confirm current options for the student's dates and we tell readers to verify the exact address, contract, and route.
Commercial relationships
We may share a suitable enquiry with UniAcco, Amber Student, uHomes, Housing Hand, or another disclosed partner. NRIGradHomes may earn a referral fee after a successful outcome, but does not charge students a service fee. Partners control their own inventory, eligibility, prices, and contracts.
Images and attribution
We use repository-owned assets, openly licensed media with visible attribution, or clearly identified third-party assets. A campus image is illustrative and does not represent a room offered for booking.
Corrections
If a page is inaccurate or out of date, email info@nrigradhomes.com with the page URL and supporting source. We review material corrections and update or remove the claim.
